i watched a Tinkerbell movie this afternoon coz there's no school and i had nothing to do.
This was probably the best part of the movie. =P

sooo....I've been waiting for about a couple of months now for the movie to come out. I've been super excited since Monday when I watched the premiere clip on the news. Agh! It didn't help that by Thursday most of my class was talking about watching it that night. The night seemed so long since i realized that there were still a few theaters selling tickets for the 12:01 show. I was super hyper by the time my dad picked me up at 9 that night. We went to my cousins house to discuss the plans to watch it. But i couldn't wait! They were planning to watch it on saturday pa! noooo....So when we left at around 11 I, with the help of martina, convinced my dad to pass by the Irvine Spectrum to see if there were still tickets. When we got to the mall, the line was up to the parking lot already. People were camped out in the cold with their blankets, pillows, chairs and a few in their pajamas. It looked really fun, i wanna do that for new moon... =)

Anyways, my dad suggested that we go to the cinema in Foothill ranch. Its a city about 10 minutes away from my house that no one ever goes to. My dad discovered it by accident and people who live near us have never been there before. And since no one probably knew this place existed we were able to get some of the last tickets!!!! yey yey yey....Our seats weren't the best, but they weren't so bad. I guess we got lucky. I heard stories of girls screaming all through out the movie in some theaters. We only got shrieking at the start of the film and an applause during the credits.

Overall i thought the movie was great. Of course it wasn't able to match the book but it came pretty close. I loved how they quoted directly from the book, it made it more alive. Robert Pattinson was the perfect Edward. He had this look he gives thats kinda vampire-ish, and also how he looks into Bellas eyes like he's trying to read her thoughts. And his voice was hot, very Edward like. I was kinda bummed that they had to take out some of my favorite parts like the blood typing and such. I wished the meadow scene was longer.  I pictured  Rosalie  differently, like a Serena Van der woodsen or taylor swift type of blond. And with all of that being said, I was satisfied with the outcome of the movie. Anyway i wanna watch it again. =D   sequel pls....

on car games....you know....when you get tired of listening to your iPod, or cant sleep or you don't want to let your mind wonder to deep....what do you do?

car games!!! its not the most exciting thing, but it does kill time...

when i went to naga for the ILC (its conference for yfc) our hotel was a long drive away from the venue so it gets kinda boring...i was sitting beside aaron in one of the long jepney rides...

aaron: i know! i bet it takes us 30 min to get to the venue
me: i bet we get there in 45 min!

its one of those you have-to-be-there moments...its supper funny...
so we decided to play another less boring game...although i think he won that one...

the most boring road trip i've ever been on was from la to vegas...it was 5hours of dessert and mountains...its like being stuck inside the car in a garage for 5 hours. absolutely nothing to see.
But my dad did bring us to Mad Greek. its a restaurant in the middle of the dessert and it was featured on travel and living

I'm an expert with roadtrips. For years i would go from subic to manila or manila to subic every weekend. And after those wonderful years, me and my family would go to  tagaytay every sunday for church. And we would always drive from the Alabang to Araneta to watch bball games...

i miss those manila days...

That girl from my cake deco class, sara,finally sent me the picture! This was the first ever picture that i made. Kinda sucks right? The colors are so ugly. And if you look closely you will see that the legs aren't attached anymore. And also some of the oultines are missing. I didn't know we were supposed to put a base at the bottom to make it more stable. Oh well...this wasn't graded anyway. Just practice stuff. But dispite all this, i actually like the way it turned out. =D

This week we finally got to work with real cake. yay! We didn't bake it though. Tha basic baking class did. Yep! They did the baking, we did the eating! hahahaha...We did decorate them though, and we made the icing. It was my first time icing a cake...ever! I recommend buttercream icing as a crumb coat and pour the chocolate glaze over. Its a good combination! :) As for my finished product...err...it wasn't as even as i wanted it to be. oh well...I didn't have time. But i also like this! it gave me some good ideas for next time.


Tomorrow i have matriculation. Idk....
I did the english test last week. It was kinda useless. They gave everyone a dictionary though. I was thinking of buying one, now i dont have to. (= Tomorrow is math! eeekkkk.... I can't wait to start school!!! i dont know why...the campus is just very.....inviting....

Anyways...i just realized that whenever i take the bus...That the people who gets on from the disneyland stop always smells like disney...like this sweet kettle corn type of smell. It makes me want to go down and buy kettle corn and walk around disney.

It was my moms birthday on Saturday! =D So we went to San Diego (my first time there) so my parents could play in the casino in this hotel. Me and martina went swimming!!! I haven't swam in soooo long. Nose bleed after swimming....i'm not sure if this incident was related to the swim or not. It could be, coz i kept trying to do all these old tricks that i did in the pool, like forward roll and backward roll in the water, handstand, walking handstand ect. We couldn't dive though. Boo!!! The best part was the buffet after!!! You know after you swim you get really hungry, so super sulit! hihihihi....

For a Jesuit school shouldn't this be very unacceptable? This can be considered as witchcraft already. And what are you trying to tell the youth of Ateneo? When you win, burn the other team?...Where's the sportsmanship? I expected so much more.
Instead of celebrating La Salles loss why don't you just celebrate your win. Can you guys live one day without thinking of us?

but i must say i know that there are still decent ateneans out there. i hope next time you guys will shine brighter to avoid all of this mess....

ok....so i finally remembered to bring my camera yesterday! yay! But i was only able to make one thing. Its okay though, im happy with the way it turned out. I made an angel out of chocolate! =D I made a clown last week, but i wasn't able to take a picture. =(...actually another girl in my class took a picture of it. I asked her to email it to me, but i haven't gotten it yet. She's probably claiming that she did it. Joke.

Anyway, here's my angel. It took me a while to finish it. About 2-3 hours? Don't judge me! I had to melt all the chocolate and seize it to make it stable. And i wanted the colors to be perfect. The outline is made with dark chocolate. The filling is made with white chocolate mixed with a bunch of food coloring and colored chocolate. And the base (the part you can't see) is made with milk chocolate. =D

i haven't eaten it yet. Im scared. hahah....i dont want it to brake :( I bet its good though...i tasted some of the chocolate before i melted it.

i think i am...its just not what i imagined

i took the bus from laguna hills to fullerton. hassel...it was about 1hr and 40 min all in all, with the transfer and everything. I didn't have school yet, but i wanted to confirm my schedule and stuff. Anyways, i wasn't able to get into the baking class i wanted coz it was full na. :( so for that 1 hr and 40 min bus drive i only stayed in school for about 15 min. grrrr....but i got to bring my babies home, after being sperated from them for over 3 months :O....i missed them! its good to have them with me. now i wanna cut,chop, peel, slice, dice all the food in the refrigerator. i haven't used any of them yet but its good to know that ill be using nice sharp knives the next time i cook. My babies by the way are my knives. :)) All five of them. For now its just 5, but im planning on buying a tomato knife soon. =P para cute. And a letuce knife! haha...it the plastic knife!!! i also need a thermometer...i cant belive that i still don't have a thermometer. So my kit is still kinda empty...but i do have band aids in there...its kinda important you know :) ever since i cut throuhg my nail with my chefs knife, i've kept it with me.  luckily, i haven't had to use it since then. woot!

But back to the kit....i rode the bus with it. :) I wonder what would have happened if someone asked me what was in the bag. Its a rectangular bag, like a really big pencil case. What would i say? um ...."five different types of knives, a "knife sharpener", and a small box full of band aids"???? hahaha....joke =P

do you guys watch iCarly in Nickelodeon? you know Gibby, the guy who always takes of his shirt? He goes to Martinas school now! hehehe...and it turned out that he lives only a few blocks away, near the park, where we play basketball....wala lang.... =P

One time in class the chef asked me if i wanted to be an iron chef...i said yes...so he made me iron the tablecloths....grrrr....
